Catapult works with entrepreneurs to solve resource and knowledge challenges. Engaging with us is a simple three step on-boarding process:
- We schedule a complimentary one-on-one call or in-person meeting to understand your challenge and establish a fit.
- We develop a custom engagement solution that strategically tackles the problem or opportunity.
- We email you our proposed engagement outlining the scope of work and related fees.
Our engagements tend to fall into one of the following four LAUNCH* buckets of service:
Launch Coach – engagement starting at $250
At this level of engagement, a Catapult consultant will meet with you at least once a quarter to discuss pressing business strategy, sales & marketing strategy, ideas, challenges, and anything else that’s on your mind. Our consultant will act as a sounding board while providing counsel on how to approach and move forward on each of your pressing challenges and opportunities. At the end of each meeting, you will be responsible for executing and moving forward on the items on the discussed agenda. While your Catapult consultant will act as the coach to ensure you do what you say you’re going to do – and will suggest additional meetings or services as needed. Launch Strategy – engagement starting at $2,500
At this level of engagement, a Catapult consultant will lead you through the development of a feasibility assessment, business plan, or sales & marketing plan. Each one of these plans act as part of the blueprint towards launching your idea. Your consultant will lead and bear the majority of the responsibility to draft, develop, and evolve the feasibility assessment, business plan or sales & marketing plan – then you would execute the plan. Launch Execution – engagements starting at $500/month (minimum 12 months)
At this level of engagement, a Catapult consultant will act on your behalf to execute tactical items itentified in a feasabilty assessment, business plan, or marketing plan. This often includes the day-to-day management each project, budget, timeline, suppliers, internal and external staff, and outcomes. Contact us if you have any questions about this kind of engagement.
Launch Capital – engagements starting at $2,500
At this level of engagement, a Catapult consultant will work with you to find a strategic investor. This engagement includes the creation of an opportunity / investment overview, any and all correspondence, and strategic meetings with you and potential strategic investors and partners.
